Executive Team


Arthur Reamey, Vice President

Arthur (Art) Reamey has worked in the field of Quality Control for 30 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After serving a tour in the U.S. Army he began a career in the Automotive Industry. His career started at Johnson Controls, Inc. Automotive Interiors. He worked his way through the ranks with his first assignment being a Production Repairman and worked his way up, through hard work and education, to Quality Engineering Supervisor and Assistant Quality Manager. While at Johnson Controls Art earned certifications in: 6 Sigma Black Belt Methodology, GD&T, Kan Ban, Advanced Statistics, Product Validation, and ISO & TS Auditing/Implementation. He ultimately become one of the organization’s Key Problem Solvers and Customer Service Representative on executive level Program and Product Launch Meetings. His efforts have assist his Teams in winning multiple JD Powers Best in Class and Warranty Reduction Awards.

In 2004 Art joined the newly established Quality & Industrial Engineering Company, Pyramid Quality Solutions & Innovations Inc. where he started his tenure in the role of Director of Operations.  He helped (with the assistance and hard work of others) build a company from eight (8) employees working in two (2) states to 220 employees actively performing services in over twenty-five (25) states in three (3) countries, supporting over one hundred (100) manufacturing facilities over time. In 2005, he was elevated to Vice President of North American Operations.  After a three (3) year stint helping Launch Shinola Detroit, LLC (a major retailor who has played a pivotal role in the resurgence of Detroit), Art returned to PQSI in 2017 to the position of Executive Vice President.

Derrick Nunn

Derrick Nunn, Project Manager, comes with a wealth of knowledge as a Supplier Quality Engineer across several platforms.  He has an extensive background in defense and automotive sectors while providing leadership skills to foster optimum productivity from team members to achieve and exceed program expectations.  He has demonstrated problem solving skills and capitalize on process opportunities to eliminate waste, increase throughput, and reduce cost.  Derrick is highly organized and analytical and has a keen aptitude for learning and applying research, laboratory work, and measurement tools to ensure product quality.

Derrick is a family man that loves his children, tinkering with old cars, and traveling.

Chenoa Simmons

Chenoa Simmons, Office Manager, came to PQSI as a temp to hire in the winter of 2017.  She was hired as a full time employee in June of this year.

Chenoa has a BA from Wayne State University in Accounting and has worked in accounting since 2010.  She has also worked in sales management for over 15 years.  She has used her multiple skills to help PQSI to run efficiently.  She is able to wear many hats within the organization to “get her job done”.  Chenoa is the go to person within the organization that can help anyone with any needs they may have.

She relaxes by going to the spa and has a passion for traveling. Chenoa is full of energy and has a smile that awakens a room.  She brings a great spirit to our office.

Sharonda Mack

Sharonda Mack, Project Coordinator,  joined PQSI in 2013 as a Containment Supervisor bringing with her a history of managerial experience from the customer service arena. She is responsible for daily operations to include the coordination of containment, staffing, and reporting for PQSI's US operations.  

Before PQSI, Sharonda had a career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital of Ann Arbor that extended for more than 15 years. Her positions in the telecommunications department included Call Center Operator, Train the Trainer for Emergency Response, and Pager Administrator.  In her last position there, she developed and implemented the coding system for the paging communications throughout St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.

Sharonda is excited to see others succeed and loves to put structure in place of chaos.  She enjoys motorcycles, spending time with family and friends, traveling and most of all her godchildren.

LaTrease Benson

LaTrease Benson, Project Manager, has vast knowledge in logistical processes and procedures. In this role, she manages a team delivering world class service in all aspects of logistic counseling and transportation support for the United States Army.

Before joining PQSI over 10 years ago, LaTrease spent 8 years in the quality control arena where she took an analytical approach to address quality issues and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency throughout manufacturing organizations.

Passionate and driven by the success of others, her leadership has demonstrated a composed climate that promotes professionalism, teamwork and achievement.  LaTrease enjoys enjoys her family, dog, and game night!
